GROUPE HYPRA INC. manages a Market Place type technology platform. In the following, the term HYPRA refers to this platform. HYPRA allows different stakeholders to exchange, collaborate, advertise and order products or services. HYPRA ensures the smooth running of operations between stakeholders within the limits of its powers. HYPRA is in no way responsible for the actions of any of the stakeholders, nor for the quality of the services exchanged. As a platform, HYPRA regulates the relationships between stakeholders. For proper operation, these rules may change at any time and without notice. HYPRA may at any time exclude a stakeholder or restrict their actions without justification or notice. By connecting to HYPRA, the stakeholder accepts these rules.

This policy explains how HYPRA collects, processes and keep personal information about you (“Your Information”) when you use the Hypra application or website, whether you are a client, a Partner, or simply a visitor.

Data collection is carried out for the sole purpose of operating the platform so that services are provided and paid for efficiently. Collection of data will also be done for statistical purposes and to improve the application.

If you have any questions about how we use Your Personal Information or have a complaint, please communicate with us via regular mail or e-mail. By accessing the plateform or by downloading any of our application you accept all the terms and conditions of the present Privacy Policy. In particular, by submitting your personal data to us, you will be deemed to have given your permission for use and disclosures referred to herein.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using and accessing this plateform and you shall delete all our applications from any device where it was installed.

• Collection of Your Information
  

  Credit Card information will be stored on the Square Plateform;

  We may collect and process the following data about you:

  1. details of your registration or payments made, including any information relating to credit cards used;
  2. location data, including but not limited to : the location where you applied for services, the location were taken aboard and where the fare ended, the itinerary taken;
  3. the type of service required, the number of people served and/or the items supported;
  4. details of third party payers for the requested services;
  5. other data that you choose to provide to us;
  6. copy of correspondence, if you contact us;
  7. details about the device you use to access Hypra, which may include your IP address or other unique device identifiers;
  8. cookies information as specified hereinafter;
  9. any other information provided by you pursuant to your use of HYPRA;
  10. cookies information as set out hereinafter;
  11. k) we may also gather information about you from other sources, including but not limited to (1) credit reference agencies; (2) fraud prevention agencies; and (3) publicly available sources.
• Use of Your Information
  

  We use Your Information in the following ways:

  1. in order to provide you with HYPRA services including order and payment processing;
  2. your contact details may be used to notify you of changes to the services/platform or respond to any communication or request from you;
  3. unless you have told us you do not want to receive marketing communications, to provide you with marketing communications about our products and services and those of third parties which we think may be of interest to you. This may also include marketing communications on social media platforms (including Facebook) used by you. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications by emailing us at pvp@hypra.ca or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send you;
  4. to monitor the use of the HYPRA platform;
  5. to investigate any complaints or potential breaches of the service;
  6. for debt tracing, debt recovery, credit management and crime, fraud and money laundering detection and prevention;
• Information which we may share with third parties
  

  We never disclose Your Information without your explicit and manifest consent except pursuant to a court order or where required or allowed by law.

  We only disclose Your Information as follows:

  1. to our employees who have a legitimate purpose of using the information in order to perform the services;
  2. to any suppliers and subcontractors (including but not limited to Partners and payment providers) in order to perform the services;
  3. if we are acquired by a third party, Your Information may be one of the transferred assets;
  4. to respond to valid and authorized information requests from domestic and international authorities;
  5. as permitted or required by law, to comply with laws, regulations, subpoena or court order;
  6. To help prevent fraud;
  7. unless you have told us that you do not want to receive marketing communications, to third parties engaged by us to provide you with marketing communications about our products and services. This may also include social media platforms (including Facebook) where we provide limited information about our users (e.g. their email address) to the social media platform so they can provide to us an anonymous demographic profile of our users with profiles on that platform to inform our targeted marketing activities on that platform; and

  You should take care when using any HYPRA social networking features since the information you choose to make available can be seen by other users in the selected group. We do not monitor the use of such features in the normal course of business although we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

• Protection of Your Information
  

  All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the Quebec jurisdiction. Where we have given you or where you have chosen a password which enables you to access your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

  The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Unencrypted email is equally not secure. Although it is our commitment to do our best to protect Your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received Your Information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

• Access to Your Information and accuracy
  

  You have the right to request a copy of the Information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of such information, please contact us. Reasonable charges will apply for copies and for the treatment of your demand.

  You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate by contacting us. If you want to verify the accuracy of other personal information we hold about you, you may submit a written request to obtain access to such information. To avoid delays in obtaining your information, please provide sufficient detail to permit us to identify you and the specific information that you are requesting.

  We do use certain cookies and other similar technologies as part of our services. The cookies used are session cookies for the purpose of enabling you to use the service. You can choose to disable cookies although you should be aware that this may prevent you from being able to use all parts of our application.

  We will keep your personal information only as long as needed to satisfy the purposes for which it was collected or as required or permitted by law. We reserve the right to destroy same in accordance with the law.
