This policy explains how Hypra. collects, processes and keep personal information about you (“Your Information”) when you use the Hypra application
or website, whether you are a client, a Partner, or simply a visitor.
The collection of data is done with the sole purpose of making the application work and that services and deliveries will be provided and paid for efficiently.
Collection of data will also be done for statistical purposes and to improve the application.

By accessing this Website or by downloading Hypra’s application you accept all the terms and conditions of the present Privacy Policy. In particular, by submitting your
personal data to us, you will be deemed to have given your permission for use and disclosures referred to herein.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using and accessing this Website and you shall delete
Hypra’s application from any device where it was installed.

Credit Card information will be stored on the Global One Payment Gateway;

- location data, including but not limited to : the location where you applied for services, the location were taken aboard and where the fare ended, the itinerary taken;
- the type of services required, the number of persons on board and/or the items transported;
- the details about any third party paying for the transportation;
- other data that you choose to provide to us;
- copy of correspondence, if you contact us,;
- details about the device you use to access Hypra, which may include your IP address or other unique device identifiers;
- cookies information as specified hereinafter;
- any other information provided by you pursuant to your use of Hypra;
- cookies information as set out hereinafter;
- k) we may also gather information about you from other sources, including but not limited to (1) credit reference agencies;
(2) fraud prevention agencies; and (3) publicly available sources.
- Use of Your Information
We use Your Information in the following ways:
- to provide the Hypra services to you including processing any reservations and payments;
- your contact details may be used to notify you about changes to Hypra or respond to any communication or request from you;
- unless you have told us you do not want to receive marketing communications, to provide you with marketing communications about our
products and services and those of third parties which we think may be of interest to you. This may also include marketing communications on
social media platforms (including Facebook) used by you. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications by emailing us at
info@hypra.ca or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send you;
- to monitor the use of Hypra’s application ;
- to investigate any complaints or potential breaches of the service;
- for debt tracing, debt recovery, credit management and crime, fraud and money laundering detection and prevention;
- Information which we may share with third parties
We never disclose Your Information without your explicit and manifest consent except pursuant to a court order or where required or
allowed by law.
We only disclose Your Information as follows:
- to our employees who have a legitimate purpose of using the information in order to perform the services;
- to any suppliers and subcontractors (including but not limited to Partners and payment providers) in order to perform the services;
- if we are acquired by a third party, Your Information may be one of the transferred assets;

(e.g. their email address) to the social media platform so they can provide to us an anonymous demographic profile of our users with profiles on that platform

You should take care when using any Hypra social networking features since the information you choose to make available
can be seen by other users in the selected group. We do not monitor the use of such features in the normal course of business although we reserve
the right to do so at our discretion.
- Protection of Your Information
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the Quebec jurisdiction. Where we have given you or where you
have chosen a password which enables you to access your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share
a password with anyone.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Unencrypted email is equally not secure. Although
it is our commitment to do our best to protect Your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Service; any transmission
is at your own risk. Once we have received Your Information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized
access.
- Access to Your Information and accuracy
You have the right to request a copy of the Information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of such information,
please contact us. Reasonable charges will apply for copies and for the treatment of your demand.
You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate by contacting us. If you want to verify the accuracy of other
personal information we hold about you, you may submit a written request to obtain access to such information. To avoid delays in obtaining your
